“Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. End User License Agreement”

Important notice – please read carefully:

This “End User License Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (individual or a single entity) and Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. on the above-mentioned software products of Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. The Software Product may include related components, media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (the “Software Product”). Once you install, copy or use the “Software Product” in other ways, it means that you understand the possible risks of installing the software and agree to be bound by the terms of this “Agreement”. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not install or use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The “Software Product” is protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

1. Grant of License.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as follows:

Install and use. Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. authorizes you to install and use a copy of this “Software Product” on your computer, provided that the computer must use an operating system with an appropriate license (such as: Windows10, Windows11, etc.), this software is exactly Designed for these operating systems. the

Make a copy. You may make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for backup or archival purposes.

2. Other Rights and Restrictions.

Copyright notice reserved. You may not remove or alter the copyright notice on all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

distribution. Except as described in Section 1, you may not distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to third parties.

– For reverse engineering (Reverse
Engineering), reverse compilation
(Decompilation), Disassembly (Disassembly)
limits. You may not reverse engineer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
(Reverse Engineer), reverse compilation
(Decompile)
or Disassemble, but notwithstanding this limitation, where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

rent. You may not rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. the

transfer. You may permanently assign all of your rights under this Agreement, provided that the assignee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

support services. Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. can provide you with support services related to this “software product” (hereinafter referred to as “support services”). Use of Support Services is governed by the policies and programs described in the user manual, “online” documentation, or other materials provided by Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. Any additional software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT and shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. As for the technical information you provide to Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. as part of the support service, Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. can use it for commercial purposes, including any form of use such as product support and development. Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. will not mention your personal information when using these technical materials.

Comply with relevant laws. You must comply with applicable laws relating to your use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. the

termination. If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this “Agreement”, Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. may terminate this “Agreement” and has the right to
Claim rights for losses caused by the Agreement. You must destroy the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all copies thereof upon termination of the Agreement.

4.
ownership. The ownership of this “software product” and any copy thereof, including but not limited to copyright, is owned by Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. Title and intellectual property rights in all content accessed through the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT belong to the content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use this content. All other rights not expressly granted belong to Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd.

5.
No guarantee. Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. expressly does not make any guarantee for this “software product”. THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. the

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. or its suppliers shall not under any circumstances be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this “software product” or the provision or failure to provide support services. Special, accidental, indirect or direct losses (including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information or any other monetary losses) shall be liable for compensation, even if Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. has been informed in advance the likelihood of such damage occurring. In any case, the overall liability of Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. under any clause of this “Agreement” shall be based on the amount actually paid by you for this “software product”. However, the condition is that if you have entered into a Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd. support service agreement, Guangzhou Pintui Technology Co., Ltd.’s entire responsibility for the support services shall be governed by the terms of the agreement. Since some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, the above limitation may not apply to you.

7. Other provisions.
This “Agreement” is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
